The Coffee

We are proud to be a contributing member of our community, and we recognize that our community is both local AND global. Because of this,we are proud to serve only 100% organic, fair-trade, shade-grown, organic coffees and espressos from Sunergos Coffee and Higher Ground Roasters.

What is Fair Trade? It means that the people who grow and pick our coffee are more fairly paid for their efforts and their harvests-- more money goes to the farmers, and not to middle-men. The coffee these farmers produce is also organic, meaning it's better for me and you AND the environment.
